Celebrating fata learners at DevFest Pretoria

On November 22, 2025, fata × GDG Pretoria challenge winners received their prizes during DevFest Pretoria. Through this collaboration, learning on fata became part of an event organized by the local developer community.

The challenge ran from October 13 to November 17. By its closing date, 88 people had joined, including 82 who practised in the app after signing up. Presenting the prizes at DevFest was an opportunity to recognize that work and give learners visibility.

These connections between individual learning and community gatherings matter to us. People can progress at their own pace in the app and also find others around them who share their interest in learning.
